ABOUT THE COMPANY

C.T. CADAY DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES started as “CHI-ZETH” BUILDERS in 2011 which then catered services to small to medium-sized construction trade works under the leadership and supervision of its then President, Mr. Wilson Caday, a champion in the field of construction industry having practiced his profession for 45 years.

At present, it is being supervised and managed by Miss Chineth Caday, the former’s daughter, who took over the business in 2017 as its new President.

The company is an expert in both vertical and horizontal projects having been able to finish several quality-built high-rise buildings and roads and bridges from within its region and from outside.

It is committed to providing the highest quality of construction services while ensuring that its clients’ expectations are met at an affordable price.

ABOUT THE PRESIDENT

Born on October 4, 1987, AR. CHINETH CADAY is a young yet well-experienced and skilled Filipino Architect having been able to finish a number of bigtime construction projects including some hydro power plants. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Architecture at Technological Institute of the Philippines in 2013 and passed the Architecture Licensure Examination in 2017. Upon securing her license, she took over the company, Chi- Zeth Builders, in lieu of her father, Mr. Wilson Caday, who has been in the field of construction industry for 45 years and renamed it to “C.T. Caday Design and Construction Services. It was her father who influenced and trained her into entering such venture. Her expertise include producing planning and presentation drawings, basic knowledge of construction methods and detailing, and flair for both schematic and concept designs. She is proficient in utilizing AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Microsoft Office, Photoshop and Learning Revit. She can communicate well with clients of diverse backgrounds. Her work experiences contributed in honing her skills which include designing of commercial and residential plans, layout planning, plotting and blueprinting, interior designing, and supervisory.
